Making cranberry sauce

We are going to an early Thanksgiving get-together tonight hosted by a vegetarian. I'm making Thanksgiving wraps with sliced turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce for the carnivores... And some wraps will be sans- turkey for the herbivores. :)
